Quality Dies Deliver Quality Parts

Our journeymen experienced tool and die makers and machinists are Class A surface experts and have at their disposal a full-service tool and die shop and state-of-the-art equipment to maintain and repair dies. In addition to being deep draw experts, our tooling capabilities include hemming die and anvil building and repair, end-of-arm (EOA) tooling maintenance & build, as well as reverse engineering capabilities.

The NCS die shop contains specialty equipment to handle dies from 500 tons (120” x 80” x 58”) to 2,000 tons (180” x 96” x 77”).
